How many devices can I connect?
One device per login. Connecting a second signs the first one out — that is a limit set by the provider, not by us.
What happens if a login stops working?
Open a swap request from your account page and take another entry. Swaps are free while your plan is active.
Can I change the password or the email?
No. Changing either one locks other members out and ends your access. Mailbox access is not included in any plan.
Why is an entry marked in queue?
It is at capacity right now. Queued entries usually reopen within a day — anything marked live is available immediately.
